THE NEXT COURSE
The aroma of Teruel Cured Ham, its texture, colour, and most notably, its flavour, reach their best when ham is hand cut using a knife. Moreover, it is when the ham is freshly- cut that Teruel ham reaches all its splendour.
The Regulating Board has launched a School of Hand-Slicing, managed by expert professionals in this beautiful art. Our aim is that, both profesional staff working in hospitality industry and cured meats production, as well as general consumers, have the possibility to learn cutting skills in order to make the most of a Teruel Cured Ham.
